Practice Concentration

Bill Eikenberry has extensive experience handling litigation in state and federal courts around the country. Over the years he has handled all facets of litigation including trials and mediations pertaining to F.C.C. Tariff, contract and consumer protection matters. Some of his noteworthy clients included AT&T Corporation, Harley Davidson Credit and Snap-on Credit which he represented in contract disputes, collection, bankruptcy and replevin/repossession matters.

Bill also has experience representing contractors, sub-contractors and materialmen with contract and payment disputes, and pursuing mechanic’s liens and verified claims with government agencies. Additionally, he has represented large commercial property owners with landlord/tenant disputes, including eviction, lease enforcement and damage claims. Bill also has experience handling Homeowners' Association collection matters. Bill has an excellent track record in court and settlement negotiations, and clients like his no-nonsense, straightforward approach to their cases.

Bill is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in finance, and a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in East Lansing, Michigan. To date, he has spent his legal career practicing in Denver and is married to a fellow attorney. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time in the mountains where he finds himself road and mountain biking, fly fishing and skiing.
