• Registration
  We advise our clients on the availability and strength of particular trademarks and prepare, file and prosecute both state and federal applications for the registration of those marks. After registration, we prepare and file for our clients the periodic maintenance documents required to retain a registration. We work with firms worldwide to aid our more globally oriented clients to secure their intellectual property rights internationally.
   
• Use of Trade and Service Marks
  We help our clients to negotiate and prepare license and royalty agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property transfer agreements and other use and transfer agreements.
   
• Enforcement and Protection
  We offer a wide variety of strategies when disputes arise, from alternative dispute resolution to the initiation and defense of actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and to the prosecution and defense of dilution and infringement actions in state and federal courts.
